After spending Tuesday night in Cleveland we had a quick tour of the city and then we left for the 7/8 hours of driving through Chicago. There was a stop on the road for which everybody was so excited like kids: Cedar Point, the most famous rollercoaster park in United States. There were 10 different kind of rollercoasters: from the easiest ones to Top Thrill Dragster, definitely to try when you get over the fear (It’s totally worth it, trust me).
In addition to the rollercoasters we all got crazy for fake tattoos (with or without glitter): all the coast to coast team got a tacky tattoo. That’s why I’ve had some glitter lips on my left arm for these two days 🙂
Today is the last day in Chicago, before traveling to St.Louis.. Let’s get the best of it!
P.S: Red Hot Chili Peppers are playing at Lollapalooza tonight, am I dreaming?
Dopo aver passato la notte di martedi a Cleveland abbiamo fatto un giro veloce della città per poi ripartire verso le 7/8 ore di viaggio che ci separavano da Chicago. C’era però una tappa intermedia per la quale eravamo tutti felici come bambini: Cedar Point, il parco numero uno degli Stati Uniti per quanto riguarda le montagne russe. Ce ne erano ben 10 diverse: da quelle più semplici alla più veloce del mondo, la Top Thrill Dragster, assolutamente da provare quando riesci a mettere da parte la paura (fidatevi, ne vale veramente la pena).
Oltre alle montagne russe siamo impazziti per i tatuaggi finti (con glitter e senza): tutto il team del nostro coast to coast si è tatuato qualcosa, naturalmente optando per i disegni più improbabili. E’ cosi che da due giorni ho una bocca in glitter sul mio braccio sinistro 🙂
Oggi è l’ultimo giorno che passeremo a Chicago, per poi ripartire domani mattina verso St.Louis… Let’s get the best of it!
