From November 16 to 22, the agenda is filled with appointments thanks to the Gucci Fest, the latest Gucci initiative strongly desired by Alessandro Michele. It will be a combination of fashion and cinema in which, in addition to the latest Gucci collection by Michele, the works of 15 talented young independent designers will be exhibited, specially selected by the creative director himself.
To open the Gucci festival will be “Overture Of Something That Never Ended”, a series of 7 episodes in which, among other things, the new collection by Alessandro Michele will be presented. Directed by Gus Van Sant, the mini-series will see the participation of special guests very dear to the Gucci house and from the most diverse universes, creating a perfectly successful fusion of music, fashion and cinema. Among the guest stars that will appear in the Alessandro Michele series there will also be Billie Eilish, an endorser of the brand for several seasons, and Harry Styles, who has also been linked to the brand for several years, to the point that he made his last appearance at the Met Gala right next to the director Alessandro Michele. The protagonist of the series, however, will be Silvia Calderoni, actress, artist and performer, who will be involved in a series of surreal adventures in her everyday life. Calderoni will be the one to meet the celebrities who will take part in the project, and each meeting promises to be special and memorable.
