The Golden Globes, as many of you already know, are a film and television award given annually by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), an association of foreign journalists. This award is considered one of the most prestigious, along with the Oscars, BAFTAs and Emmys.
We are only a few hours away from the 2023 edition of the Golden Globes. In fact, the 80th edition will be held on the night of 10-11 January in Los Angeles. This event will be broadcast on NBC, while in Italy it will be possible to follow it live on Sky or in streaming on NOW. Many personalities from the world of film and television will present the Golden Globes on stage, among them: Colman Domingo, Jamie Lee Curtis, Ana De Armas, Ana Gasteyer, Billy Porter, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Nicole Bayer, Natasha Lyonne, Niecy Nash-Betts, Quentin Tarantino and Tracy Morgan.
The Golden Globes recognise the best performances by actors, directors, screenwriters and other professionals from the world of film and television. These awards are given in several categories, including best drama film, best comedy or musical film, best actor and best actress in a drama or comedy, best actor and best actress in a television series, and so on.
First awarded in 1944, they have since become an annual fixture in the entertainment industry. This ceremony has always been an opportunity for celebrities to show off their best looks on the red carpet.
Over the years, we have seen some of the biggest style icons wearing stunning gowns…
