Paris Fashion Week dedicated to men’s fashion, you know, was an explosion of creativity and innovation. with three exceptional collections dominating the runways. Ludovic de Saint Sernin, Sacai and Marine Serre presented their unique visions for Spring/Summer 2024, creating unforgettable looks for him and her.
The former presented a collection expressing ephemeral romanticism through white brass jewelry. Sacai, curated by Chitose Abe, staged a mashup of fabrics and styles in oxymoron-to create and narrate a new punk spirit expressing a new rebellious attitude. Marine Serre, on the other hand, reinvented the everyday elements of domestic life by skillfully combining recycled T-shirts and scarves, creating an experimental and fascinating imagery. These collections embody the designers’ creative flair and ability to create unique looks for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2024.

Although it was mainly focused on men’s fashion, during this Paris Fashion Week we also had the opportunity to admire looks dedicated to women’s fashion. This is a reflection of the increasingly no-gender role that the fashion system has taken on in recent years. En effet, many fashion houses have chosen to represent and narrate the female wardrobe, demonstrating the non-existence of boundaries or barriers that can divide genders.
Just as Alessandro Michele taught us in his creative journey at the helm of Gucci, a famous Italian fashion house, worlds that seem so distant are actually very close. This is a sign of the continuous evolution and openness of the fashion industry toward an inclusive and gender-neutral vision.
