TBS: Hi Clio, are you planning to launch new products? What are, according to you, the must-haves to keep always in our bags?
CLIO: Of course! Two new products will be launched next week and…by 2020 we will have so many news! As for the must-haves then: The lip balm absolutely, in particular my Cocco Love, then the mascara, but the one I care most about is the face mask! I am very jealous of my face masks, every time I leave, I have to make sure I have one in my bag. For those with dry skin especially, it is impossible to live without.
TBS: How was Cocco Love, your lip balm always sold-out, born? Ps. Will it be available again?
CLIO: Don’t worry, it will be back online and it’s already in all the pop-ups! Cocco love was a revolution! I remember when we talked about what new products to launch and in my mind, there was always the desire to create a lip balm… since I have 500 of them in my bag! I think the same thing applies to each of us, because as much as we women love lipsticks, we always have dry lips and we want something that gives colour and hydration at the same time. Here is how Cocco Love was born, the product that unexpectedly sells most of all! We have already added two other new colours to make it become a real range like with lipsticks.
TBS: You were born as a Youtuber to then move on Instagram, are you going to land on new platforms too?
CLIO: Talk about TikTok right? (laughs) I can’t do things if I don’t feel them mine if I can’t find my voice there. I don’t think that’s the kind of social media where I could best express myself because it’s not a platform of competences in my field, there are certainly other skills and other requirements to have that I don’t have, but they’re peculiar to all those who manage to emerge on that platform. I give advice, I talk about products, so I think I found my world between Instagram and Youtube.
