Sport has now become part of everyone’s routine, and we guess that’s the reason why we love to experiment with new and stimulating workouts. Doing sports in fact and maintaining constant training, must not be an imposition but a pleasure and a way of doing good to ourselves and to our body. So Why not experiment with new workouts? One of these, the pole dance, was also tried by our Chiara Ferragni and the experience was truly unique and exciting! Here are our favourite workouts that you should try ASAP:
BOOTY BARRE
Booty Barre is a new fitness discipline that combines dance with some characteristic elements of Yoga and Pilates, all with the help of the bar. The inventor of this new technique is none other than Tracey Mallet, personal trainer of some of the most famous Hollywood stars. In particular, Booty Barre, as its name suggests, is indicated for sculpting muscles and buttocks. It takes the most dynamic part of training from Pilates, the aerobic work from Yoga and the fluidity of movement from dance. It is suitable for everyone as it provides a complete workout to practice in equipped gyms or from the comfort of home; it lasts about 1 hour and its benefits are really effective. In fact, Booty Barre improves muscle tone, breathing and tightens legs, abdominals and buttocks
POLE DANCE
The Pole Dance combines gymnastics and dance but uses a pole. It is often confused with lap dance, which is however a completely different discipline since pole is only and exclusively a sport workout in all respects. Pole Dance is based on the performance of acrobatic figures that require remarkable qualities of strength, fluency, coordination, agility, flexibility and resistance. It is a discipline loved by almost all Hollywood stars, Jennifer Lopez to name one, and it seems to completely reshape the body. Each exercise actually strengthens and shapes legs, arms and torso, improves centre of gravity and posture and contributes to weight loss.
BUNGEE WORKOUT
Bungee Workout is a new way to train strength and aerobic capacity, as well as being super fun! It is highly stimulating for the abdominals as it consists in performing exercises in suspension. The rope used is in fact practically identical to that of bungee jumping (hence the name) with the difference that it is hanging from the ceiling. The whole workout takes place harnessed to the rope and consists of running, abdominals, jumps, arms and legs workouts and … flights! The feeling is in fact that of flying during training, which makes it lighter but not less effective! In fact, Bungee reshapes the whole body and firms it deeply.
And you? What workout will you try?
