The chef Benoit Dargèr together with Diego Compagno have created a menu that is as much homemade as gourmet, celebrating the tasty southern cooking tradition. The main courses are an equilibrated mix of Italian and French delights, among which good wine and truffle pizza will be the perfect companions of wonderful artistic masterpieces.
