Yesterday she celebrated her 27th birthday, and with a post on her Instagram account she once again amazed her followers, wearing a monochrome look – totally white – from the latest Marc Jacobs collection. The platform shoes, which have somehow become one of the hallmarks of Dua’s wardrobe, certainly did not go unnoticed.
Not only monochrome, Dua Lipa’s summer has been recounted – especially on social media – through mostly amateurish photo shoots, in each of which the pop star has worn different looks. Her birthday celebrations may have started off monochrome, yet Lipa below chose to wear a Spring/Summer 2000 look by John Galliano for Dior, courtesy of Christelle McCracken of My Runway Archive. This denim total look consists of a bikini with a sarong wrapped around the waist, all embellished with the iconic blue Dior monogrammed boots from the same collection.
