As usual, when it deals with trends, let’s start with a general recap. Big yes to the evergreen sunnies, that are still the fav of our icons: tiny, with dark shades and gold or silver frames. If the ones that “never go out of fashion” should always be brought in our beach bags just in case, there are some other models that don’t go unnoticed for sure. This Summer is an ode to the goggle…and the more their over the better; just like the So Light by Dior that have already broken the hearts of all the fashion victims out there. Together with them, is still on the podium the cat-eye model, that for some seasons now is the most loved by the insta-girls: if a few summers ago, the frame was in a colour block acetate, today the trend wants them with patterns, logos and colourful details like the Defender sunnies by Fendi. Going back to the classics, another great timeless piece are the rectangular sunnies: with quite a nude frame and semi-transparent shades to recall the 70’s, is the unmissable piece for this season.
