Yesterday, 8th October 2019, the second and long-awaited edition of the Calzedonia LegShow. The Blonde Salad snuck into the backstage of the event together with the exceptional ambassador Chiara Ferragni to discover what will be the coolest news of this FW 2019/20.
The silver thread of the event-show has been the tights, great stars of the collection as well as special birthday boys. The date of the event coincided indeed with the 60th anniversary from the invention of the sock that would have changed forever the aesthetic of feminine looks, telling its evolution from simple accessory to main protagonist of the look. Located in the Calzedonia’s headquarter, the show took the name of LegShow 2019 Hotel Edition. In the setting the runway was transformed into the hall of a grand hotel where fashion was the top guest.
But which will be the trends of this FW 2019/20? First of all the logo which Is reconfirmed a statement for this season, matched with tights with the CLZ lettering. But not only…following the fashion trends, even tights and leggings are dyed in an opalescent shade through metallic and bright textures. But also pied de poule, check and pinstriped patterns for your sophisticated everyday outfit which are at the same time perfect for a casual-chic mood. Even the cashmere versions are not missed! In this case, the tights and leggings have knitted and glittered fabrics which are perfect for seasonal cosy looks.
