That long-awaited time of the year seems to have arrived. The holiday season, as we know, is one of the most popular. Milan seems to begin to light up in anticipation of the holiday season, its shop windows embellished with unique details that make this period even more special.
Among them, the French fashion house Louis Vuitton is pleased to announce its collaboration with LEGO® builders. Thus, the windows of the Christmas festivities around the world, until the 1st of January 2023, will be narrated through the iconic LEGO® bricks, used to build scenographies celebrating creativity and imagination.
All installations have been designed by the Louis Vuitton Visual Image Studio and subsequently created by LEGO® Certified Professionals. For this Christmas 2023, the shop windows of one of the most famous French fashion houses are covered in magic. Colourful, three-dimensional and playful, they are part of a creative exchange that began with the Louis 200 Trunks project, in which LEGO® celebrated the 200th anniversary of the birth of the founder Louis Vuitton.
This new collaboration between the two brands will have a global reach, and it is no coincidence that shop windows around the world have been involved. Among the installations, in the gallery of images provided by the Louis Vuitton team, we recognise replicas of monuments that take us back to Paris, from the Arc de Triomphe to the Pont Neuf. Then Christmas trees, the Damier motif, and in the background mountains of snow-like LEGO® bricks.
Where in Milan can you find these installations in Louis Vuitton’s shop windows? In the courtyard of the shop on Via Montenapoleone, or outside and inside the store in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, where you can find a magnificent Eiffel Tower made out of trunks, a tribute to the famous photo by Jacques Henri Lartigue.
