Presented by Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn, Making the Cut is the new Amazon Original series in which competition is in fashion … literally! The 10-episode series will feature 12 fashion talents, including designers and entrepreneurs, whose winner will get a million dollars to invest in his brand and the opportunity to create an exclusive Amazon line.
But what does the competition consist of? The 12 talents of Making The Cut will challenge each other by traveling between the main fashion capitals of the world, New York, Paris and Tokyo to name a few, testing not only their creativity and ideas, but also the stylistic skills and the ability to manage the various aspects of a company. Who will be there to judge them? In each episode to evaluate their looks, there will be some of the most influential personalities of the international fashion scene including our muse Chiara Ferragni in a totally new and unexpected guise. At her side icons such as Naomi Campbell, Nicole Richie, Joseph Altuzarra and Carine Roitfeld.
Among the competing talents, designers and entrepreneurs from the most diverse backgrounds: avant-garde, gender-free, talents who already boast famous collaborations, street-stylers, costume designers, people with stories to tell and ideas that leave their mark.
