To avoid misunderstandings, It has been leaked by The Hollywood Reporterthat the reboot of Pretty Little Liars will happen and Riverdale’s dad Roberto Aguirre Sacasa will be the director in charge.
When we talk about reboot there is always a bit of anxiety about the expectations that are created, the cast in fact will be completely new as well as the plot, which although following the thread of the previous (perhaps), will make us start from scratch to curl our brains to discover the identity of dark and unfathomable characters, with particular psychological characteristics that will make us spend the nights glued to the screen. But the real question is? Will the new characters and plots be able to match our beloved Shay Mitchell, Ashley Benson, Sasha Pieterse, Lucy Hale and Troian Bellisario? In fact, a spin-off of the series has already been “The Perfectionists“, but although there was part of the original cast including Janel Parrish it failed to achieve the desired success. The favorite channel on which the show’s tram seems to be returning is HBO Max, which is currently also working on the reboot of the iconic and beloved Gossip Girl series.
