Adele, born Adele Laurie Blue Adkins on May 5, 1988 in Tottenham of North London, is one of the most successful singer-songwriters around the world.

A year later the British singer was chosen to perform Skyfall, the soundtrack to the 23rd installment of the enduring James Bond saga – this time starring Daniel Craig.
