Extracted from the album “Nakamura“, Djadja is the most popular French hit of the last two years. The unmistakable mix of R&B, afrobeat and pop sounds of the single, earned Aya more than a billion worldwide streams in a short time, undoubtedly classifying her as the revelation artist on the international scene. “Oh Djadja” has attracted the attention of some of the biggest names in the world music scene, making artists like Madonna, Sam Smith, Anitta, Neymar Jr and the entire cast of Elite, in which Djadja was an integral part of the soundtrack, dance. As happens with the big hits, Djadja also flew overseas reaching the ears of one of the undisputed kings of Latin music, Maluma, who liked it so much that she offered Aya Nakamura a remix that kept her at the top of the charts for all last year. A success, that of Djadja, which also attracted the attention of some of the most followed Italian artists, Capoplaza, who gave birth with her to Pookie, now 3 times platinum. Aya Nakamura certainly did not stop, in February 2020 she released the album Aya, recording the absolute record of streaming already in the first week of release. But who is Aya Nakamura?
