It’s time to reveal one of our biggest crushes ever: Aaron Taylor-Johnson. There are those who give him with certainty as the next James Bond, and we’re already keeping our fingers crossed. But if, for some absurd reason you don’t know him yet, here are some quick reminders to be prepared for the next Bond-themed conversation during your dinner with friends:
-Nineteen-ninety-nine years old, 180 cm tall and two big, beady eyes. Known to the general public for his roles as Kick Ass and Quicksilver in Avengers Age of Ultron, he began to gain acclaim for his portrayal of John Lennon in the 2009 film Nowhere Boy. He went on to star in Oliver Stone’s The Wild Beasts and 2012’s Anna Karenina. For his performance as Ray Marcus in the thriller Nocturnal Animals-directed by Tom Ford-he won the Golden Globe for best supporting actor and was nominated for a BAFTA in the same category.
-He started acting as a child, when he was only 6 years old to be precise. He got a part in a commercial and continued acting, even choosing to drop out of high school at 15 because his film commitments were too demanding.
-In 2015, Taylor-Johnson was in the top 50 best-dressed British men, according to GQ.
-Aaron married director Sam Taylor-Johnson in 2012. They met around 2009, when Aaron starred in Sam’s film “Nowhere Boy.”
-In 2022 he starred in “Bullet Train” alongside fellow actors Logan Lerman, Brad Pitt, and Joey King.
Is this information enough to start rooting for him as the next James Bond? For us it is a big Yes!
