Is blue the warmest color of Fall 2017?

You think you’re going to bed, nice and chill, after an ordinary day… And then here comes Rihanna, to turn your evening upside down with a single photo that makes you want to change all the colors in your closet. A tulle maxi dress worn with sneakers, in a warm shade of blue that will make you have just one thought: how did I not wear this earlier?

Blue, in all its hues, has always been a great classic — but it’s in its brightest shades that it seems to be chosen most often by celebrities lately. It wasn’t just Rihanna with her Molly Goddard dress; Bella Hadid also chose a total blue look for her streetstyle, Rita Ora wore a blue Off-White blazer dress in her new video, and Sofia Richie wore her bright blue Champions sweatpants with a little coat and ankle booties.

Watching the shows, we realized blue is slowly creeping onto catwalks, too, slowly but steadily, taking over some of the coolest looks of the season, from Luis Vuitton‘s tracksuit to Vêtement‘s vinyl bomber jacket.

So, will blue be the warmest color of 2017? We think it will!
