Cay skin: Winnie Harlow’s new skincare line

Model Winnie Harlow is also launching a new skincare line, Cay Skin. In recent times, many celebrities have created beauty and make-up lines, from Gwen Stefani to Lady Gaga, to the more recent ones created by Kim Kardashian and Hailey Bieber.

Winnie, the model born in Toronto to parents of Jamaican origin, is known for having cleared vitiligo through the entire fashion system. Precisely because of this dermatological disease, Winnie Harlow has paid special attention to her skin since childhood. Her new skincare line Cay Skin was created as a solution to traditional sun creams, and each product is perfect for everyday use, even under make-up.

The Cay Skin products are certified, sustainable and recyclable, but also a tribute from the model to her parents, as the ingredients chosen are typically found in Jamaica. The name of this new product line refers to the Caribbean islands, and each product meets different needs. The face cream with SPF 45 protection could become an irreplaceable must-have, perfect for every day, able to protect our skin both outdoors and indoors.

Special attention is also paid to the lips, how important it is to moisturise them and protect them from UV rays, especially in summer.

Cay Skin by Winnie Harlow‘s flagship products are: Isle glow face lotion SPF 45, Isle lip balm SPF 30, Isle glow body lotion SPF 45, Deepwater dew body serum and Isle body oil SPF 30. Almost all the products in this new skincare line are vegan. The Isle glow face lotion not only protects against UV rays, but also makes the skin more radiant and moisturised. Then there is the lip balm with SPF 30 protection, silicone-free and rich in nutrients including aloe, sea moss and vitamin E. The body lotion on the other hand provides daily sun protection and its main ingredients are sea moss, moisturising plant-based tropical nectar, sunflower seed oil and cocoa seed butter. Other irresistible products are Deepwater dew body serum and Isle body oil. The former is a plumping body serum that softens and moisturises the skin, the latter is a vanilla-flavoured oil with SPF protection factor. It contains squalane, argan, grape seed and coconut.
